If we are unable to deliver your parcel with the selected delivery method it will automatically be returned.
We are sorry to hear you didn’t like the item you chose! Don’t worry! You can return it back to us within 45 days from your purchase date. Please fill in the form we have included in your parcel and post it back to us (make sure to keep the tracking number!). Please see that all the original tags are attached and that the item is unworn. You can use the same packaging sleeve we sent your order in. Once we receive it back we will send you a confirmation email and will refund the full amount via the same payment method you chose. If it was cash on delivery please make sure to include a bank account number when you complete the return form. All postage fees must be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
